Changing Boot order remotely?

I am currently working with T530 and T540p's. We are in the process of implementing Bitlocker on these machines. I need o change the boot order on these machines to 1.HDD 2. DVD 3. NIC

Is there anyway I can do this remotely with something like SCCM? Or will this all have to be done manually?
