T430 9 Cell Battery Only 4 Hours of battery life

On my T430 with the 70++ 9 Cell battery (45N1011) which is advertised to provide up to 15 hours of battery life and on maximum battery life mode with all the latest firmware i only get about 4:30 Which isn't even close to the advertised 15 hours. I would be fine with 11 hours or something of the like but less than 5 hours is just not acceptable. Tell me what I am doing wrong, it's on maximum battery life, screen brightness is 5 out of 15 and I'm only doing word processing and some basic websurfing on wireless.
