T430s won't power on but fingerprint is flashing

My T 430s won't power on. The fingerprint light is flashing on and off though. When I plug it in the battery light flashes a couple times then goes off. I have tried powering on with and without plug, with and without main battery, with and without extra battery, and with both main and external out. I have pressed the power button 60 seconds. Also tried pressing 10x for one second and then for 30 (suggested by a user website.)

Any other suggestions????? I am supposed to be working but the software is only on this laptop!

If you can try a different keyboard.
