4k screen in a t540p possible?

Hi guys,
I am thinking of upgrading my screen in the t540p and was thinking if suitable 4K panels exist that fit the casing and edp pin layout etc. in the t540p (with nvidia 730M Optimus).

Potential challenges I foresee:
- enough eDP lanes?
- Does a suitable cable exist?
- which model could be use (proper measurements and mounting holes) - ideally IPS, 300+ nits, 16,7M colors and good gamut / color space (no a professional photography but occiasonal editing in lightroom) --> so basically a great screen

So, key question: did anybody ever this? Was anybody successful? If so - which model and which cable could I buy?
