Can't see the CD/DVD in the Ultrabay at Boot

I just did an upgrade and replaced my WiFi card and added a Bluetooth daughter board. After reassembling everything, bluetooth and Wifi are fine, but I just noticed that CD/DVD don't appear with the OS, or from F12 @ boot up time. I rarely use CD/DVDs nowadays so this may be coincidental. Did I somehow end up disconnecting something while the machine was open... everything else on the Ultrabay port wise appears to be working... I did double check the bios to make sure that the Ultrabay CD/DVD setting was enabled (it is).

Any ideas?
