SSD recommendations

Wanting to put a 2tb SSD in my x230. Any recommendations?
e-Machine upgrade : mini ITX, I7-4790K, 16gb ram GTX-1050tiLP
Home Desktop: I5-2500k, R9 390X, 24gb ram, 14tb storage
X230t: I7-3520m, 16gb ram, 128gb msata ssd, 2tb hdd

Samsung 860 Pro 2TB SSD: ~$750
Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD: ~$100

In my X230 I run a 250GB mSATA SSD (with W7) in the WWAN slot, and a 500GB HDD in the drive bay (for storage).
The HDD switches off after a few minutes of non-use, to save energy.
