W530 top of the line model 2438-2MU withdrawn?

Hi All,

The Thinkpad W530 2438-2MU model of the W530 has suddenly been flagged as "Discontinued" or "Not available" at most distributors. Has anybody a clue on why this is?

This is the top of the line model with the extreme processor. I just can't understand why it is no longer available. I just planned to buy one!

How about calling Lenovo's Swedish division?

I doubt that you'll get much insight from anyone around here.

The model isn't available in Sweden. The sites I referred to are US sites. But I guess nobody knows why.
