Battery Cycle Count on Windows 10
Battery Cycle Count on Windows 10
Hi all,
Maybe I am not using the right search criteria but I cannot find the answer on this forum..
I have a T440P which I know has a very low cycle count on the battery - spent 99% of its life docked on a desk. I plan to sell it soon and for my previous Thinkpads (which spent a similar life) I have always quoted the Cycle count and remaining full charge capacity etc - just to reassure any buyer that the battery is not on its way out.
But now that the T440P is running Windows 10, even though I have installed the Thinkpad PM drivers and also the dodgy Lenovo Settings app - I still cannot get the cycle count info - just the charge capacity stats.
Is there any way of getting the Cycle Count on Windows 10?
Thanks in advance for any replies

There is a command that will give you battery status with a whole test and 9 yeards but I forget the command.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

Thanks.
I had come across that earlier - but someone said it did not provide cycle count. I will try myself this evening.
Cheers!

It gives you so much information. Probably tells you how many times the battery was touched by a gorilla in zoo.

Lol - thanks.
I also recently purchased an almost new T450 with dual batteries - will be interesting to see the cycle count etc?
Cheers

Tried this out - lots of details - but no cycle count...
Never mind.

Oh well, at least you can see the watt hours and see how the capacity is.

Re: Battery Cycle Count on Windows 10
It fine, next you should put a little led display on the outside the battery with the cycle count
