If the dock has any external drives connected, when I try to turn the laptop on from the dock the laptop freezes at the initial screen (red Lenovo image and To interrupt normal startup press Enter). No external monitors are connected.
I changed the boot order to exclude external drives, leaving NVMe0, Windows Boot Manager and PXE Boot. Same outcome.
When the external drives are physically removed the laptop takes a long time to boot.
When I try to update the dock's firmware to 1.1.120 and it tries to update DP hub FW, it fails: Update DP hub FW...Fail.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.
