New work laptop, suggestion?

I'm a developer. My new job asked me to spec a new laptop. I like to run ubuntu and I need a bit of ram. like 32GB. I also need an easy docking for a dualscreen setup. My personal laptop is the t470s. But I'm curious if there is even a better one supporting linux? I like to run dual 1440p screens like I have done for a good while. not too heavy IDEs, just intellij and mssql management.
