Hi, Have you checked it with opengl extension viewer ? What is it reporting? As far as i can see if you are running Win7Pro 64 latest driver by intel is the Version: 15.22.58.64.2993 (Latest) Date: 2/19/2013, what driver you have ?

I'm running Linux mint on it. There's a similar program out there called gpu viewer, but I recall having difficulties getting it to install on another laptop due to lack of vulkan support.

A quick google search on that model number reveals that it has a 1st generation Core i3/i5 processor (Arrandale). Unfortunately, according to this Intel GPU listing from Wikipedia, that generation only supports OpenGL 2.1. You need a Sandy Bridge laptop (2nd gen Core i series) to get OpenGL 3.3, and Broadwell (5th gen Core i series) or newer for full Vulkan support (3rd and 4th generations only partially support Vulkan).

That's the latest OpenGL version you'll ever run on it. Ironlake has no hardware and software support for any version of OpenGL 3, so you're permanently stuck with OpenGL 2.1.
