Thinkpad p14s gen1 (Intel version) WWAN module

I have a Thinkpad p14s gen 1 (Intel version) with Fibocom L850-GL WWAN module inside. Can I buy and install Fibocom L860-GL-16? Which version should I buy? There are many of them in webstores, and it seems they are a bit different.
There are also 4 antennas connectors. Do I need to connect only 2 (like with the L850-GL module) or do I need to connect all 4?
