IBM T43 FAN LUBRICATION
There is no way that we can lubricate ibm t43 fan . Its fully sealed any ideas about it . My t43 fan gave me some rattling noises i have soaked the fan totally in some oil and now its running silently i dont know how long its going to last , but its fully sealed anybody else has any knowledge of how to lubricate the fan just putting the oil in the shaft of the fan and whether it is ball bearing run fan or sleeve bearing fan.

Welcome to the forum!
The following threads may hopefiully shed some light on your problems: How to oil a long fan without disassembling the heatsink? and T60 T61 fan lubrication - illustrated guide by msb0b inside and Total solution for absolutely ZERO oscillatory noise in T4x.
Free tip: You may (also) Search the (vast!) forum for information yourself...

There is a Search button at the top of each page.
Unfortunately it doesn't work very well.
But if you bookmark this, it works great just for this forum search: http://www.google.com/advanced_search?q ... as_qdr=all
