2373-4ku clock delays about 30seconds a day

I think most of the people who bought 2373-4ku recently met
the same problem.

rundll32 exhausts all CPU resource after battery is fully charged.
(Task Manager shows 100% CPU is used by rundll)
Owner needs to reboot T41 to remove this problem.

Another question is my T41 delays about 30 seconds a day.
I think it's shouldn't happen because there is a small battery inside.
Anybody meets the same problem?
I called IBM, but they just suggested me to recover my T41,
let's see what is going on.
