I ordered a Thinkpad x131e a few weeks ago. Back then, there were all kinds of weird things going on with their website - it was alternately up and down for several days. Lenovo couldn't get order status (I couldn't, on their website, and Lenovo Customer Service couldn't, either).
Since then, I've watched my order. On Friday it went to "label generated for UPS", and has been stuck there ever since. The UPS site for that label says the same thing. UPS says they have no further info, and Lenovo has said for several days that their ordering system is down.
Just checked now, and their ordering system says it has no record of my order, and their support site gets a server error.
Also, my credit card purchase has remained in "authorized" status since I placed the order, and has never finalized.
Anybody know what's happening with them? It's like their entire internal network is broken, and they aren't doing anything to fix it.
