T60, T61 Hard Drive Password

Today I tried to copy some files from a T61 Win7 PRO password locked hard drive to a T60 WIN 7 PRO hard drive using the Ultrabay in the T60. The T60 would not accept the hard drive password. I have done this many times with WinXP created drives. I had to put the drive back into the T61 and remove the password before I was able to copy the files to the T60. Has anyone had this happen before? Is it something peculiar to WIN7 created drives? Thanks

It might have more to do with the two T6x systems having different password configurations in BIOS. Double check the "Passphrase" entries and see if they are the same. IF they are the same, then I don't have any other clues

They are the same on both systems as far as I can tell....... a mystery for now I guess.
