F1 - SMDC075 resettable fuse (polyswitch): probably not your problem as this fuse is designed to reset itself when power is removed and cools down
F4 & F5 - Littelfuse 434002 2A/32V fast blow

I think you are mistaken.
I believe F1 is SCHURTER USF 0603, Surface Mount Fuse, 1.6 x 0.8 mm, Super-Quick-Acting FF, 32 VAC, 32 VDC, 2 A. F4 is same kind, found few mm right of F1.

2015-06-19 edit: I spewed misinformation, I said something wrong. Ray is completely correct. I do not know what F1 protects. With confidence, I say, F4 does not protect backlight. F4 is 3.3 volt supply to LCD, alongside LVDS traces.
Thank you, Ray, for your numerous contributions to this forum. Ten years ago, I took for granted that I could wonder about something and get fabulous knowledge from Goolag from WWW. Since then I learned, not to take information for granted. When I was a child, WWW / Internet / Information Superhighway was awe-inspiring. By and by, valuable information is getting crowded-out or discarded. Today, I access Censored Consumer commercialCrap Conduit / spewagenet / Advertisement Supersewer. I should never have taken the existence of people like you for granted. It makes me so happy to see, you are an active member, still contributing expert knowledge to this 'hangout' forum.thinkpads.com. You helped me and countless others. You made ThinkPadding fun. You enabled people to repair or reuse computer machines and material things. I hope your employer, your colleagues, your friends, your community, your state, value you.
Thank you, Ray. I love you.
