E540 internal camera not working since Windows update

Hello,

I'm running Win7 and the camera is no longer working (with Skype or Hangouts), what can do?
I have the latest drivers..
And BTW, what's the difference between "Camera Plus" and "Integrated Camera"?

You can try rolling back the driver by going to device manager, double clicking on the camera device (you may need to expand some menus to see it), and going to the driver tab. If that does not work, uninstall the driver and get an updated camera driver from Lenovo's support website.

Thanks, but the option to roll back is greyed out.
Maybe it was never updated (even though it says it's the latest driver whenever I try to update)

PS. I could solve this by downloading the latest driver on Lenovo's website, I shouldn't have trusted automatic updates
