Hello guys!
I am now about half a year into the world of TPs. Although I've been using TP all my life since highschool, I have never opened one up until late last year.
I fell in love with opening TPs, purchasing broken ones, fixing them, cleaning them, and maintaining them. I feel like my interest is going backwards in time, as I find it more fun and entertaining as I go backwards. I've went from t540p > t520 > t510 > t420 > t420s > x220 > x230 > x301 > x201 > x61 > x60 > t61 > t42p.
Anyhow, my current electrical tape isn't up to the quality of what is originally used on Thinkpads. I'm looking for:
#1 electrical tape for wires - The black ones that are generally used.
#2 Foil-Tapes for Fans and wires - x301 has them on wires
#3 sponge tapes for fans - the ones around the fan to manage dusts
#4 Mesh fabric/tape that can be used for the back of ram slots on such as t420s.
#5 Mesh fabric/tape that can be used for speaker grills.
Thanks guys!

Re: Where to purchase lenovo-grade electrical tapes, sponge tapes, and mesh tapes
I can't help with everything that you've asked, but 3M makes some products that are generally useful in TPs, including:
"Super 88" Electrical Tape, which is a high temperature electrical tape.
They also make foam tapes (single- and double-sided) which are useful
if you need to provide support for a component.
I used both of these products on my W510, the high temperature electrical tape to
thermally insulate some wires, and foam tape to better support the keyboard,
which is a problem with that machine.
I'm not sure how you buy stuff like this in S. Korea, but they are available on Amazon.
You might be able to pick them up in your local hardware store. Sometimes the
foam tape is available in office supply stores because people use it to mount
pictures and stuff like that.

Some hardware stores have different types of aluminum foil tape. The thicker one (for roof repair) might work well enough.#2 Foil-Tapes for Fans and wires - x301 has them on wires
Don't know if they're available in small quantities though.
