They didn't send my backpack

#1 Post by Navck » Sat Jun 11, 2005 8:27 pm

With my laptop... And I can't find their email, as the one they sent me for questions/support/etc is tilted "@EMAIL@" or something (Possibly automated thing)
Any idea of correct email anyone?

Do you mean a carrying case or backpack that you ordered with your thinkpad? They usually ship it separately. If you check your order status online you should see a "split order" with the split being for the bag.

Nope, its "Shipped"
The problem is, I recieved EVERYTHING but the bag I ordered. (That includes that lock thing, and the laptop)

By phone? Which is their "You didn't send me a package/something was wrong in shipping/shipping related" number?
Or email preferablly. I have a phobia of phones.

If you have a phone phobia, perhaps you should not see the The Ringing movie (the movie where the phone lines attack the people).

No, its just not very comfortable to talk over a phone. I often stutter with my words *I also have lack of sleep from something... Causing this* And its not very comfortable to talk...
Please tell me IBM Support/Lenovo is NOT deported to India, their accents are VERY hard to understand.. But if its in China, its ok (My parents are Chinese)

Sales rep might be a different story. Last time I talked with a thinkpad support, they are still at atlanta georgia.
