Is support.lenovo.com hosed?

I can't get into support.lenovo.com.

I even went to the home page of http://www.lenovo.com/us/en/ ans clicked on Support / Tech support. All I get is this error message:

500 internal server error

Anyone else seeing this? It started last night (Sunday night). This makes it impossible to look original configs by serial # (and a lot of other things as well!).

temp outage, works fine here... fair call to lenovo, their website is one of the better organised as far as support goes (HP is the pits, Dell is ok).

also use sm.krelay tp. krelay for your sn needs

Where is "here" for you because it's still giving me the error. Of course this is AFTER clearing cookies, history, etc.

That other site, tp.krelay will not work for a CTO model and it cannot provide mfr date, and original as built specs such the screen reesolution which the lenovo site can do.

It's partially up. Warranty lookup works, but if you go into parts lookup you get the same internal error message...

I'm Still getting 500 internal server error on firefox, but internet extorter loads it fine. Must have some hidden change on firefox that I'll have to track down.

At least I can get my BIOS updates downloaded.
