Need a 2nd set of eyes

Im looking to add multiple 2.5 HDDs to a home server/oversize desk top.
I can use PCI (prefered) 1xPCI-e or 16XPCI-e.
Problem Im running into is Raid. Not at ALL interested in raid at this time. I simply want access to the individual HDDs, as needed.

I have ordered 3 cards, 1 specifically mentioned raid and 2 that in no fine print or otherwise mentions raid.
Once again, no raid, just singular access to the data on the HDD's
