X200s fan replacement, directions needed

Hello there!

So the fan of my x200s laptop gets noisy at times, but not very loudly; it wobbles like a discreet vibration. I might clean it at first, although I have never dismantled my laptop before, so if there are some visual guides online, it would be welcome.

However, I suspect that the fan might need to be replaced sometime and I found some on Aliex... I just would like to know if it is the correct model/reference*:
