As you have correctly deduced in this thread:

http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?p=9200#9200

my order is there as well. However, my tracking information states that there are 336 multiple packages, rather than the 127 units you mentioned.

Yes...
------------------------------
Package Progress:

Date Time Location Activity
Jun 24, 2004 5:32 P.M. KOWLOON BAY, HK PICKUP SCAN
1:44 A.M. CN BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED

------------------------------

Note that when you view the multiple packages it states at the top:

"Your multi-piece shipment contains more tracking results than can be displayed.
If you frequently track multi-piece shipments, you should subscribe to our UPS Visibility Services.

Packages in Shipment: 336
Status: In Transit (100)"

So, unless you have UPS Visibility Services, you only see the first 100 of the 336.

Wow!!! Taking into account all time zone adjustments, this shipment took 26 hours from the time that it was picked up in Hong Kong, cleared customs in Alaska, and was ON THE TRUCK in Boston for delivery. Absolutely amazing and efficient when it works well. As I write this, I am at home waiting for the truck.

Did you have to request the upgrade or did it all happen automatically?
