T15g Battery not holding charge

I recently installed a brand new LENOVO genuine battery into my T15g.
When I booted it initially showed "no charge", but then quickly switched (within a couple of minutes) to full charge.
However, when I disconnected the power adapter, the whole system shut down within a minute or so.

I've examined the "Power" option within Lenovo Vantage and everything looks to be in order.

Is this a known issue? Is there something that I need to do to reset or recalibrate a new battery? Or, do I simply have a dud battery?

A bit late to the party but just one observation. It's almost impossible to get a GENUINE Lenovo battery unless you buy it from Lenovo (not ebay, not Amazon, etc, etc).
