T61 CPU Upgrade

I have a T61 4:3 with the newer revised MB to fix the heating issues with the Quadra 140 NVDA chipset. What is the fastest CPU I can use? The MB is Middleton flashed, with 8GB RAM and on SSD.

I noticed the T9500 CPU is an option but online I see different code #s for the same CPU. For eg. AliExpress sellers have SLAYX and SLAQH, what is the difference with these codes and what should I be looking for? Date of production, reliability, etc?

The T61 has been used daily since the major MB upgrade swap.

Over the years the best bang for your buck has always been the T9300.
