Whaat? how do you think the shipping will be? If the tablet is worth around 200-300$ aprox, shipping from china to usa is around 30-40$. I check on google fast and the first result was https://www.parcelabc.com/. Here is the price for a small parcel from them. Even if you dig deeper in the internet i bet you can find it even cheaper from other providers.
