how to check order status on the ibm site?

i got an email with ibm.com confirmation number so i went to the online order status site. it asks for "Enterprise, customer, INAC or company number:" and "Order or purchase order number:" at the login page. i type my name and then the ibm.com confirmation number but it says no result found. did i do something wrong? is the purchase number different from the confirmation number? where do i get the order number? thanks

you need the order number and customer number from the e-mail that IBM sent you right after you purchased on their site. I was having the same problem until i realised my mistake.
