T20 hard drive interface question..

What is the interface for the hard drives in a T20?

ATA-6?
ATA 133?

According to the tawbook (Item #1 in the FAQ http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=1689 :

"Intel 440BX AGPset / Intel PIIX4M (EIDE with Ultra DMA/33 or PIO Mode 4 support..."
