How long for a T60

I just ordered my T60 today, a 2623D6u. It says a ship date of 4/3/2006.

How long has it been taking people to get their T60's?

IBM T40, T30, A30, T22
Dell D810

Can I simply swap out my T5500 CPU in my 1953CTO T60 with a T5600? Or my T2400 core duo in my 2623D6U T60?
