I think :

100 GB / 5400 rpm / 16 MB cache
or
100 GB / 7200 rpm / 8MB cache

Which is fastest ?

p.s.
Can I install hard disk drive 7200 rpm in Lenovo N100 ?
There will not be a lot too warm ?

7200rpm with 8MB is faster. See this chart.
