Hello, If you're experiencing a problem with Power Management problem associated with Wireless Intel 3945abg, update your version with Intel Drivers supplied on Intel Site and your driver will be updated as v11.1.0.86 and works perfectly. Just one thing, If you'ere experiencing same problems with updated sofware and you use "prolongated standby", that's unfortunately not resolved, Vista PM resets as "Maximal Power saving" and you have to re-set it as "Maximal performance". You have 2 solutions: never use "Prolongated Standby" until it will be resolved or always set your PM after a "prolongated standby" start...

Finally this problem is solved by a new version of Thinkvantage Access Connection v4.31b :D . It's available on IBM/Lenovo Support site. However, you 'll have to search it by engine search, not updated yet by type/model...
Nota: I suggest to keep Intel's Driver (latest) with Access Connection v4.31b (do not install ibm/lenovo driver included in the package)
