Horrible Tech support from Lenovo

This is quite amusing. I made the mistake of calling lenovo for my BIOS update problems. The dumb*** read through the readme.txt document and as expected we ran into the same problem. And he wants me to send the machine in for a BIOS update. Lenovo should can move their tech support to the Amazon jungle. I am pretty sure the chimps there would be much more helpful
