My T42 Order?

Well up until today my T42 (2379-DXU) had a ship date of 6/28. Now the ship date is gone and it says to call the sales rep. Unfortunately the reps at the number listed are on eastern time and the office is closed until 9am tomorrow. I did however call the online sales deparment and even though they did not reference my order they did say they wont be shipping until at least the end of June(Like I didnt know that already). I hope that I get better news tomorrow when I talk to the sales rep:(

Purchase Date: 5/20
Estimated ship date was: 6/28...now says call rep

Unfortunate news there. It reminds me when I pre-ordered the X40. It had an estimated ship date which was pushed back twice and the same scenario appeared as with you. At the end, I cancelled my order with IBM.

Now, I'm looking into the 2373-KUU

The same thing happened to me on my T40P, but they ended up shipping well before the initial estimate.

chances are its backordered, they said mine would ship on saturday but it didnt, i was told its been backordered and should ship in about a week.

my est ship date was 6/23, but it shipped today, so it may be sometime soon

Nabeel...when did you order yours? I called today and they said they are on a 4 to 6 week backorder. Though another person on another site ordered the same day as me and his shipped already. So I guess I will just have wait and see.
