TPFanControl under Vista 64-bit

#1 Post by RonS » Wed Aug 08, 2007 2:29 pm

Has anyone found a way to get TPFanControl to run under 64-bit Vista? When I launch it, I get the standard "Can't load WinIO" error message, but then nothing comes up. Not even in the traybar.
Apathy is on the rise, but nobody seems to care.

I suppose 64 bits OS need a WinIo.dll written in 64 bits. Try to google about this. Using Windows Vista 32, the icon did not appear in the systray but TPfancontrol works. So even if you find WinIo.dll 64 bits, you will not have the icon in systray.
