23735TU + Bluetooth?

I have read here that it is pretty easy to upgrade the T series to add bluetooth.

However, I'm having a hard time understanding if the laptop needs the bluetooth antenna prior to upgrading.

I found a pdf linked somewhere which had all IBM T models and a key saying if it had a BT antenna or not. It said the model I am considering (23735TU) does not have an antenna.

Do I need an antenna? Will signal just suck if I don't?

Also Im confussed because when I google 23735TU pages of specs that come up for this model for sale (not from IBM) list Bluetooth.

Please help me figure this out. I want a 14", T42, 1024x768, Bluetooth, and maybe 60gb...is this possible?

Yes the antenna is necessary for internal bluetooth.

According to the official document (page 203), 5TU does not have BT anteena.

If you need internal bluetooth, you might want to consider other T42 models.
