thinkpad hardware maint utility ver 1.62

I have just managed to get my hands on a T30 and would like to know if any one might have the hardware maint utility diskette or a image of it that i could get from them? I have just found the maint manual PDF and would like to trouble shoot a few problems and from what i have read i need this utility to do it. You can email me if you want.
