how to control fan speed in 3000 n200

this runs a Pentium DC 1.466

what s/w controls speed?

something that controls the northbridge?

There is tpfancontrol but can't say for sure that it would work on your N200.

You should ask for assistance in ThinkPad Utility Work Area.
