Hi,
After googling the web for a while and read lots of forum topics i have not found any clue for the following.
I run an XP home sp3 on Lenovo 3000. The problem is that i can not get chkdsk to start at start up. I have try it through the commond line, through drivers' properties. I swithed out every possible application that could access the c drive before chkdsk would start (firewall, antivirus, defrag program, winpatrol, etc.) No result.
Once i had the same trouble, than network connection needed to be shot down and than chkdsk stated, but not now.
Does anyone have an idea how to get this solved?
thanks
Chkdsk won't run on start up...
Re: Chkdsk won't run on start up...
Not sure if this will help but you might try:
start-all programs-startup drag the file or create a shortcut there, reboot, and see if that works
start-all programs-startup drag the file or create a shortcut there, reboot, and see if that works
