Can't remove X30 from ultrabase

Hi,

I am unable to remove my X30 from its ultrabase - the lever simply doesn't move. Is this a known problem and if so, what is the fix for it?

there's a lock: flip it over, look on bottom of the ultrabase, same side as the
release lever: push slider toward the center of the base to unlock.

That got me too on the X22 + ultrabase. I forgot there's a sliding lock underneath. Fortunately, I didn't force the levers.
