N100 0768-6KU Preload appears to be corrupt.

Hi,
I have a lenovo 3000 N100 ( model 0768-6KU )
I am highly impressed with Rescue & recovery ( Preload ) feature of IBM & result I have all 3 laptops of IBM / Lenovo make.

With my subjected system , I feel that my Preload got corrupt.
The reasons of feeling this are as under :

A week before , I formatted complete hard-disk i.e. no partition or say in original position at the time of purchase.
Then I run "restore factory setup" After that I facing following problems :

1 . My inbuilt bluetooth saying "device not found". It is also not coming in device manager
2 . Omnipass not showing anything when I swap my finger on finger print reader.
3 . Most importantly , Outlook Express giving various errors after closing it. These are msimn.exe errors. Around 1 to 25 errors come.
4 . During starting to create a backup , it shows "some error has been come & a report to send."
But on task manager r2r.exe & then br_funcs.exe runs & a backup file created.

Can you please advice , what may be actual problem.
Is preload got corrupt or some thing else.
If preload got corrupt then how I can get a perfect preload OR can repair my inbuild preload PERFECTLY ?
