S12 keyboard

Ive searched but haven't been able to find the answer. Does the S12 have a backlit keyboard or the led on the top of the screen like other thinkpad models?

No backlight or ThinkLight that I'm aware of.

ideaPads are not ThinkPads.

Ummmm you get a cookie! Thats obvious but the fact that the same manufacturer makes both I was hoping they would incorporate a very important option. Especially one that costs pennies to implement.

Yeah, it's the same company name on them, but as I understand it, they're produced by two separate groups.
