Quick Question about Yonah

I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere, and I was just wondering (trying to clarify really) if the dual core P-M processors (Yonah) are each clocked at the same speed.

For example the X50 is targeted to be clocked at 2.5GHz. Does that mean each core is clocked at 2.5GHz or is it spread between the two cores?

It has such a low expected power rating (31W or so) that I was curious about the clock speed of the cores.
