sadly that is only a small portion of my "area"... to my right is the gaming center... a coffee sized table with xbox 1, xbox 360, gamecube, nes, snes, sms, ps2, wii, 2600, and several others.

To my left is shelves with.. a SX-64, my 2 701C's, several 760's, an antique scanjet scanner that i can make play music, and various piles of PC stuff (motherboard/cpu/mem, drives(floppy,hard,cd,zip,etc)...

I am such a packrat... I'm a big buyer on eBay, but something tells me I'll never be a big seller :P

Yea, it's just an empty case i use as a footstool at this point. In front of it is a K6III/500 I retired a few years ago, on the shelf to its left is my daughters 1st PII computer(the blue Blue'sClues themed one), a Multitech Mini-Array (486 SBC very rare, you prolly won't find info on it on the net)...

It really is all organized clutter, my daughter laughs, but knows I can point out where exactly ANYTHING is in all the clutter :P

I'm afraid that occasionally, my work area looks more or less like this one....especially when I've got 3 or 4 other folks' machines that I'm working on, along with my own!
Family Daily Drivers- T430s, T530, X220
Work- Sadly, the ThinkPads have gone away...... and replaced by HP ProDesk SFF drone machines :(
Other Projects- Edge 15, Z61m (Titanium)
Historic Retired ThinkPads- T42p, X20, A31p, 701c, 760XD, WorkPad C505

Oh, that's when it spills out into the living room for me :P

These are all mine... at arms reach at the moment is 14 different laptop/desktop machines... also mine are 2 netbooks and 3 laptops out in the livingroom, and prolly 20 or so 486 to K6 machines out in the shed.

That's just PC, consoles ain't outside my addiction... there is at least one of Atari 2600 up thru Xbox 360 around here too (my 5yo son LOVES that part of the addiction :P)

Oh, and I just listened to that scanjet music. I think I have heard of that before, but I had never heard it until now. That's really cool! 8)
