X41 tablet is real, registration with FCC

Hi,

all what I have seen about the x41 tablet were rumors so far.
But now I found this:

essentially it says IBM applied with the FCC to get the radio properties of the X41 tablett approved. I guess they would not do this, if they are not going to sell it.
