Recently when I was taking apart my T23 (interchanging motherboards), I removed the heat sink for my CPU. When I turned my computer back on, it would randomly reset if I ran too much at once.
It then occurred to me, there might be a problem with the thermal paste as it was using the same thermal paste (more like a thermal stamp) it has shipped with and I had removed this heat sink multiple times.
After inspecting it I discovered I had not tightened the heat sink very well, and the problem (for the most part) went away, but the point still stands.
So thermal paste has been ordered, obviously I won't need all of it, but anything I should know?
