If you are an RSS junkie like I am, you'd probably love to get informed of the latest available downloads for your Thinkpad via RSS. So I just hacked a little tool which allows you get your personal RSS feed tracking the latest 25 downloads from Lenovo for your Thinkpad model.

It's really easy to use, all you have to do is go to:
http://tools.4dots.com/thinkpad/

... and enter your Thinkpad product number. The resulting URL is your feed that you can use in any RSS 2.0-compatible feed reader.

If you need help feel free to ask.

I used to use this very nice rss feed, and noticed not so long ago that it's not working anymore. Has the original poster, or someone else, a clue how to re-enable something similar?

That page itself is a pretty nice resource for people looking for used thinkpads like on eBay... kinda gives a general idea of what's still supported... If it has an RSS feed still, there must be some support left in it :P

Looks like they go back to most of the T series with some of them missing like the T2x and T30, with the T40's last update just weeks ago. Looks like they basically go back to 2003 atm.
