Sepehr
Here. But you have to pay for it. You can also try the trial version with its limitations: 30-day experience duration, 30-min audio playback, 30-min video playback. You can get the newest version (5) from Ebay for about $2+shipping.
BTW Awolfe63, the problem is not with the ATI driver, but the upgraded version of WinDVD. After I upgraded my WinDVD from the IBM website, it didn't play my DVD's correctly. So I reinstalled the one which originaly came with my T40, which still works perfectly. I'm still using that very first version (4.0 B11.263).

Sonic MyDVD
I recently used a copy of Sonic's MyDVD and I have to say it was very, very good. I was trying to burn a DVD of some video my daughter took. After trying Window's Movie Make, which made a very crappy video, I used MyDVD to burn directly from the camcorder to the DVD disc and it worked great. Video was as clear as viewing it on the LCD screen of the camcorder.
Incidentally, one of the disappointments is that because the camcorder is a digital one, you need to have a firewire port and IBM's don't have one. I had to use my Dell M60 to do this.
It's something to consider when looking for an all purpose computer. In my case, my laptop is my office computer, travel computer, gaming computer, and photo/video editing computer. You may not NEED the firewire port NOW, but if you do next year... well, then you'll either have to buy a PCMCIA card or wish you bought a laptop with one built in.

Actually - I have a T23 - so it is the S3 driver or the Mediamatics DVDExpress - not sure which - but with PowerDVD - I no longer have a problem.
