PowerBook user just visiting. Seems like a great forum. All the threads seem civil and useful. Pity about the odd snipe at Apple - technology is great, it can be enjoyed just for the sake of it.

Love the ThinkPads. Pity they can't run OSX.

Thinkpads are basically the PC version of PowerBooks anyway. Would love to buy a PowerBook but simply can't justify it. All the software I use (GIS and 3D mining software) is PC compatible only.

I have to agree. This is probably the best forum I have been a member of. I think it is mostly because there is a great demographics with wide range of age and backgrounds. Everyone is polite and helpful.
And we all have one thing in common. TP fanatics pretty much.. LOL. Not that there is anything wrong with it.
