Upgrade RAM from 512MB to over 1GB on series R51 and T41

Please help me on upgrading RAM on my Laptops R51 & T41 series. Is there a video I could see or have
a practical explaination.

The linked instructions are for a T41. The R51 memory installation would be identical.

Just 1 more question:-
Are there any Thinkpads IBM spare suppliers in Durban/South africa or anywhere in SA.
Other than importing from abroad.
